Image hosting by Photobucket

Just when you think that every where you turn galleries are closing, a brand new gallery in Berkley is opening this Friday. The owner, Andrew Drisko - a fine arts grad from ccs is giving it a go in the gallery business. The show features Brian Barr and Stephen Deeb. Opening at 6pm.

I love that a new gallery is opening up, but they gotta change that logo. It looks like a mid-'90s dot.com company's idea of "cutting edge." so gross.

best of luck to them all the same.

I concur. They should put a laser where the lightning is. They should also flank the Synergy text with some Mandarin characters. I've paid cover charges for Chinese lasers and I've never been disappointed. Of course this is anecdotal!

I went to the opening last night after the CCS faculty show, and it was lots of fun! A large crowd and lots of art. Congratulations to Andrew Drisko!

DEFINATELY tell Andrew to change the logo, I don't want to hurt anyones feelings but, why do artist run galleries like 101up and Synergy have to insist on doing their own design work. It just does not look very classy. Remember, image is evrything!

It is amazing again nobody talks about the work! leoqueen is the only one praising something well done. The art is the only thing not the image. This was a great start for a new gallery. Very strong work. A major chance for these artist to show a body of work in this town. Quality and Consistency!!!!
