attack of pigeon art....
This exhibit is definitely not for any of those who hate birds- especially pigeons!
Go here and here for more details. The artist is Kader Attia and the piece is called "Flying Rats", 2005, live pigeons, birdseed, mixed mediums. The images freaked me out at first...but now I wish I could see it in person!

this show made me think of nick's remarks on the forum, so i went and got them: Art ... has become less a style of making art than a style of using styles.
Obviously the Hirst style at work here: Wal-Mart version of Hirst's cow's head with flies, or his butterflies hatched and gone loose.
