CCS sculpture garden opening

WHAT:           The Trustees of the College for Creative Studies (CCS) and the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) cordially invite you to the dedication of the Josephine F. Ford Sculpture Garden.
 
The Josephine F. Ford Sculpture Garden is a collaboration between CCS and the DIA, made possible by a generous gift from Josephine F. Ford. The DIA is lending nine sculptures from its collection for placement in the garden, which provides metro Detroit with its first sculpture garden open to the public.
 
WHEN:           Wednesday, September 21, 2005, 5:30 p.m.
 
WHERE:        College for Creative Studies campus at the corner of John R and Kirby in Detroit.
 
OTHER:            A reception in the Walter B. Ford II Building immediately follows the dedication.
 
Parking is available in the CCS parking structure on Brush Street at Frederick Douglass. In the event of rain, the dedication will be held in the Wendell W. Anderson, Jr. Auditorium.
