the shows over at commonwealth

Today Your Love, Tomorrow The World, the last, last show at commonwealth gallery featured all the gallery artists that have shown over the past months. The group show was intimate and was a nice farwell.  Many of the artists were current ccs students or recent graduates.  The openings at commonwealth had a energy to them that made the viewers feel like they were in the middle of "something" great.  Again I wonder what will be next for the strengthening detroit art scene? Who will step up next?
