dana schutz - this was just a woodblock print...I would have loved to have seen a real painting but I heard that dana has aggrements with the galleries she is rep'd by, so sadly no painting.

dale chihuly- Weird, I expected a chihuly glass piece but was pleasantly suprised by this painting on paper that was created at ccs during a student workshop.

Torreano is also from Michigan and went to Cranbrook. His mom still lives here.
The Unicamp Online's International Biennial,
Invite the artists to send texts, digital images, animated images or pictures of artistic works, to an online participation in the biennial until 11/18/06.
The Images will be selected by a specialized commission and hosted in the web site until 11/30/06.
Send your work in separated files (referenced by a script, if necessary).
To your best commodity, compact all your files in a single file .zip or .rar;
The following technical requirements are needed:The images should have a good resolution and quality, in (JPG or GIF);
The texts must be in the formats .doc or .rtf;Only videos in real media (.rm) or windows media player files (.wmv) and maximum duration 2 minutes and 30 seconds;
Sound in .wav or .mp3 formats;

there's a 5 minute cut of a Acconcci video peice looped with two other videos and displayed improperly.
