Over the next several posts I will be highlighting the art in the chelsea gallery district. Despite the blistering cold, windy weather, walking between galleries was still very enjoyable! I actually noticed that there seemed to be more painting in the galleries whereas in the whitney biennial there seemed to be more installation and video work.

there is something really intriguing about McIver's imagery. It remainds me a little of wayne state professor peter williams work
