A new art installation/environmental team, Rebar has farmed a new kind of PARK(ing) space. Very cool idea. Who are these guys?...
That's retarded! It's only going to piss people off while they're driving in circles for hours looking for a parking space. Instead, they'll see someone drinking a cup of coffee, reading the newspaper, talking to the birds. Meantime, 'Pissed-Off Pete' is running late for his 9am meeting with marketing.
I suppose if we had better public transportation (or more people rode a bike) we could afford to sacrifice a few parking space 'for the birds'.
Sometimes art should piss people off, no?
